Jan 2009, is a new year, is a new beginning. But I experienced too much, really to much in US.

1) Live: I lived a commom live in US. Practiced driving in the hilly roads, not that good, but not so familiar. Eventually, only less than 10hrs total. Always stay in my bedroom. Here, no car means nothing to do outside. Boring all the time. However, I set up my account on Shutterfly, making photo calender, cards, notes and prints, fun.

2) Study: Courses in Swarthmore began. I love the Psychology! The professor is humorous, joking 30mins when a class is only about 70mins. We laugh a lot. I was having American-styled classes. Here, everybaby came to class because they wanted to come, they had inerest in it, not because they were forces to like what we did in China.

3) Activities: I went to New York City with my host family, for musical show "The Little Mermaid". I enjoyed it so much. In the free time of the afternoon, I went to MoMA and walked around the middle part of Manhattan. Got a chance to meet some new friends from NJ in China Town in Philly, a good lunch. American young perple are fun, I like talking with them, haha.

4)Trip: Really happy to go to Washington DC for 2 days with JL. DC is a great city with so much to see and enjoy. The famous landmarks, like White House, Capital. A lot of museums, most of them are free! I will surely go there again.

5) Rematch: In the past years, I enjoyed really great Chinese Spring Festival. But this year, my Ox Year, I was not that good, for I need to rematch. Anyway, I have done with my rematch. I will go to the biggest city in the world, New York City, Manhatan. I believe I will enjoy my new life next to Central Park.

Do not worry about me, dear friends. I am good, I am independent and I enjoy my charllenges here!
