Jan 3-4, I went to Washington DC for a trip, with my good friend, another Chinese aupair JL. Generally, DC is great, though a little boring. I think it is a city for sightseeing and museums (but museums take a lot of time). The buildings in DC are amazing, you will definitely can not help to have them in your camera!

2nd, we went to the National Postal Museums, also free. I bought some stamps and postcards there, and of course, sent some cards to my close friends in Ganton.In the hall, I like the airplanes and the horse cars.

3rd, we went the big one, the National Gallery of Art, free, awsome. It has 2 buildings, the east and the wast one. It was designed by Chinese American. In the west building, there are art of antient time. The east building is about moden art.

Between 2 buildings, behind me is the east building.

DC has many great buildings to see and to enjoy. It surely is a MUST-visit city in US. I enjoyed walking, sightseeing, taking photos and visiting museums there so much. Maybe in Apr or later, I will go again just for museums. Actually, there are still so many I didnot get a chance to see.
